National Rural Connectivity Plan

This document sets out the implementation route of the National Connectivity Plan, formulated in response to Item 1.3. of the Integral Rural Reform, called "National Plans for the Integral Rural Reform" of the Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace (hereinafter Final Agreement).
