Description
The ICT Plan 2018-2022 seeks to bridge the digital divide and digital transformation readiness as a gateway to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4RI). This will be achieved through 4 axes: ICT environment for digital development, digital social inclusion, digitally empowered citizens and households, and digital and sectoral transformation.
