(PT) Decree No. 7.858 approving the Regulations of the Family Farming Fund within the MERCOSUR sphere

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Family Farming Fund within the MERCOSUL (FAF MERCOSUL). This FAF MERCOSUL Regulation (in Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, is a financial management tool aiming at financing programmes and projects related to family farming and at allowing a whole participation of social stakeholders in this kind of activities. Responsible coutries for financing the Fund are: Argentina; Brazil; Paraguay and Uruguay. The Regulation is divided as follows: Objective of the Fund (Chap. I); Contributions to the Fund (Chap. II); Administration of the Fund (Chap. III); Use of the Fundo (Chap. IV); General provisions (Chap. V);
