PAESCA: Support Program for the Central American Security Strategy

The overall objective of the Program is to contribute to the reduction of insecurity in Central America through greater socio-economic development and deeper regional integration. The specific objective is to support the implementation of the Central American Security Strategy (ESCA), focusing on strengthening regional, national and local institutions to more effectively address the problem of violence, both in the areas of prevention and prosecution of crime, criminal investigation, victim protection and law enforcement.
