National Climate Change Plan for the Agricultural and Livestock Sector of Panama (PNCCSA).

The policy seeks to have a significant impact on the agricultural sector to combat climate change through various strategies, including: ensuring a competitive and sustainable agricultural sector; developing efficient production systems that are compatible with environmental sustainability; stimulating research, development, innovation and transfer activities that promote production systems; developing ongoing training strategies for all stakeholders; and developing an institutional and regulatory framework and economic mechanisms.
