Description

The law establishes family farming as a sustainable way of life, declares it to be a matter of national interest due to the impact it generates on the economy, indicates the criteria for considering an activity as family farming, as well as the three types of family farmers, allowing the bases to be established to guarantee the definition of differentiated policies based on the preservation, promotion and development of family farming in the country.
