Law 9036 Transformation of IDA into INDER

Description
The law establishes the transformation of the Agrarian Development Institute (IDA) into the Rural Development Institute (INDER), with the purpose of obtaining an institutional framework for the sustainable rural development of the country, which allows an intervention in terms of State policies. The objectives of rural development are indicated, as well as the strategies for coordination and promotion of rural participation.
