Description
The decree establishes the articles of the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, establishing the objectives, structure and functions of the institution. The purpose of the ministry is to improve the capabilities of rural families of small and medium agricultural producers, as well as organizations and rural youth, through technology transfer, productive diversification, the above to impact the life of rural territories.
