Sixth European Union Sanctions Package against Russia: Export restrictions

The EU has expanded the list of people and entities affected by export restrictions on dual-use items and technology. These additions to the list include Russian and Belarusian entities. In addition, the EU will expand the list of goods and technology that can contribute to the technological upgrading of the Russian defense and security sector. This expansion will include 80 chemicals that can be used to make chemical weapons.
