Fourth European Union Sanctions Package against Russia

This fourth package of sanctions includes prohibiting all transactions with certain state-owned enterprises; imposing tighter restrictions on the export of dual-use goods and goods and technology that may assist Russia in the technological upgrading of its defense and security sector; prohibiting new investments in the Russian energy sector; introducing a general restriction on the export of equipment, technology and services for the energy industry; and introducing new trade restrictions on iron and steel, as well as on luxury goods.
