Peru: Law No. 31518 Declaration of National Interest of the Production, Export and Industrialisation of Forest Fruits - Berries .

The formulation of targeted public policies is declared to be of national interest, in order to promote, at national level, the production, export and industrialization of berries, with special emphasis on those of lesser development and attention, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and golden berries.
