Law on Physical-Legal Sanitation and Formalization of Rural Property (Law No. Law No. 31145)

The purpose of this law is to establish the legal framework for the execution of physical-legal sanitation procedures, formalization of rural properties and uncultivated lands authorized at the national level by regional governments to strengthen coordination and articulation mechanisms to the exercise of the governing function, in accordance with the law.
