Sistema Catastral Rural – SCR (Resolución Ministerial N.° 0332-2022-MIDAGRI)

Ministerial Resolution No. 0332-2022-MIDAGRI authorizes the operation of the Rural Cadastral System (SCR), a national technological platform administered by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation that integrates cadastral processes and information concerning rural properties, peasant and native communities, and uncultivated lands. The resolution makes the use of the SCR and the registration of relevant information mandatory for competent regional government authorities, approves its User Manual, and provides for the migration of information from the SICAR and SIC Comunidades systems to the SCR.
