Description

The objective of this law is to reform the agrarian social structure through procedures aimed at eliminating and preventing the inequitable concentration of rural land or its uneconomical division. It seeks to reconstruct appropriate exploitation units in smallholding areas and provide land to those who do not own it, with a preference for those who will directly manage their own land and contribute their personal labor to it.
