RESOLUTION NO. 000091 OF 2020: National Irrigation and Drainage Plan for the Peasant, Family and Community Economy (PNRECFC)

With the purpose of promoting the development of family farming and the peasant economy, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the National Rural Development Agency (ADR), will carry out an irrigation and drainage plan to guarantee access to water to small producers.
