Peru: Biofuel Market Promotion Law - Law 28,054

Law 28,054 would be responsible for promoting investment in the production of biofuels and their marketing. To do this, it would establish the PROBIOCOM program within Peru's investment agency (PROINVERSION), channeling the search for investments in the local biofuels sector. In the same way, it would establish the technical committee in charge of determining mixtures, calendars and recommendations of regulations for production and marketing.
