The Pacific Coast Collaborative serves to bring together policymakers and policymakers from U.S. Western Bloc states and Canadian provinces to facilitate regional cooperation on a range of policy, environmental, and related challenges. Currently, the main focus of the initiative is to decarbonize their state economies, for which they have defined a series of lines of work: reduction of food waste, decarbonization of the transport sector, low-carbon and resilient economies, clean energy, and non-polluting buildings.
