Peru: Guidelines of the Second Agrarian Reform

Supreme Decree No. 022-2021-MIDAGRI establishes the guidelines for the Second Agrarian Reform, whose objective is to sustainably improve the income and quality of life of family, community, cooperative and entrepreneurial agriculture producers, through coordinated actions between different levels of government with a territorial and multisectoral approach, in accordance with the Government's General Policy 2021-2026.
