National Plan for FNS and Hunger Eradication (CELAC CR 2025 plan).

A national plan to eradicate hunger in Costa Rica is established by means of strategies through the articulation between different organizations, including the UN and FAO, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, forming an initiative in which the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) intends to implement to eradicate hunger and poverty in the population, ECLAC and ALADI also participate to hold a forum in CELAC on the impact of the initiative. This Plan is an instrument to follow up and structure and apply it in Costa Rica, the areas in which it impacts is the economic empowerment of women, on the other hand focuses on providing attention to vulnerable population (minors) and agricultural projects to strengthen agricultural livelihoods.
