Modification to the land selection and allocation regulations.

The regulation is based on establishing the rules for the regulation of the administration of resources and loans, using the tool of the Rural Credit Instance (SCR) in order to develop socio-productive activities and socio-economic improvement by granting credit to individuals or legal entities in rural areas of Costa Rica. The entities involved are the Subregional or Territorial Office (OSR), the Regional Directorate (DR), the Regional Credit Committees, the Central Administrative Instance (IAC or CR) and the Central Credit Committee.
