Resolution No. 1,013/016 Definition of the Agricultural Family Producer

A Family Agricultural Producer is considered to be any natural person who directly manages a farm and/or carries out an agricultural productive activity and meets the requirements set out in this resolution. A Family Fishing Producer is understood to be any natural person who directly manages or carries out a fishing activity from land, and must comply with the requirements set forth in this resolution.
