Decree No. 1.056 - By which the complementary modality of contracting called simplified process for the acquisition of agricultural products of family farming is established.

Within the framework of the Public Procurement Law, this Decree defines and regulates the simplified process for the procurement of agricultural products from family farming, which is a complementary form of procurement in the context of family farming, aimed at the direct purchase of goods produced by producers or organisations of agricultural producers.
