Law No. 5868 - Declaring the peasant family agriculture in a national emergency throughout the national territory.

Description

By means of this law, a state of national emergency is declared in peasant family agriculture, with the purpose of addressing issues related to technical and credit assistance, access to basic services, housing, and land for families engaged in peasant family agriculture throughout the national territory.
