Law No. 5908 - Law for the financial strengthening and productive reactivation of small producers in peasant family agriculture whose farms do not exceed 30 hectares, and it modifies Article 3 of Law No. 5527/15.

Through this law, the Executive Power is authorized, through the Agricultural Credit of Habilitation, to restructure overdue debts as of June 30, 2017, which were contracted for agricultural production and productive agricultural investments, within the framework of Law No. 5527 of 2015. Additionally, under extraordinary circumstances, it is established that farmers in peasant family agriculture who have overdue debts will be eligible for new credits from the Agricultural Credit of Habilitation.
