Peru: MINAGRI Institutional Strategic Plan 2016-2018

MINAGRI's Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI) is a multi-year management instrument that defines the strategies to be followed through institutional strategic objectives and actions, guiding the activities of the entities under an articulated approach between strategic planning and budget. It is dynamic and can be updated according to the context, allowing the formulation of the Institutional Operational Plan (POI). The current PEI for the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MINAGRI) covers the period 2025-2030, replacing the previous one corresponding to the years 2016-2018.
