Description
The PND 2007-2012 was published on May 31, 2007 in the DOF, after holding the popular consultation forums. This document respects the five thematic axes of Vision 2030, expanding the objectives in all thematic axes. Each goal is accompanied by a set of strategies, which vary from the approach presented in Vision 2030.
