Costa Rica's National Climate Change Adaptation Plan 2022-2026 has been developed by the Climate Change Directorate (DCC) of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE) and serves as the first Action Plan of Costa Rica's National Climate Change Adaptation Policy 2018 - 2030 (PNACC).
