Description

Law No. 287: The Law recognizes Nature as a subject of rights and mandates that the State ensure, through its legal system, public policies and programs, a sustainable use of the environmental benefits of Nature, the prevention and control of deterioration factors. environmental protection, sanctions, and restoration for damages caused. It promotes citizen and business participation and responsibility in the matter, as well as access to information and justice in environmental matters.
