National Climate Change Policy of the Dominican Republic

Decree No. 269-15: The Policy aims to manage climate variability attributed, directly or indirectly, to human activity and the effects it generates on the population and the national territory, through an appropriate strategy, programming, plans and projects at the national level, in accordance with the provisions of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.
