The objective is to adopt risk prevention practices, reduce vulnerability and improve adaptation to climate change, in order to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the territory, contribute to improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and strengthen its capacity to influence international climate change negotiations.
