The National Development Plan of the Plurinational State of Bolivia addresses the strategic guidelines, structured in six sections: i) the new conception of Bolivias development and the strategy to achieve it; ii) referring to "Democratic Bolivia", focused on the construction of social power in Bolivian territory; iii) it corresponds to "Bolivia Digna", it deals with the proposal for social development and the resignification of social protection with the incorporation of assets and unrestricted access to social services; (iv) "Productive Bolivia" specifies the formation of the productive matrix made up of the transformation of natural resources in the strategic sectors in which the State intervenes as a producer; (v) "Sovereign Bolivia" refers to the change in the orientation of international relations and external economic relations, in accordance with the changes envisaged in the productive sectors; vi) referring to the determinants of macroeconomic sustainability, their projections and long-term policies. Under the project, the plan focused on improving the livelihoods of households residing in vulnerable municipalities in the departments of Potosí and Cochabamba through capacity building, financing of rural development projects, and support for citizenship and social inclusion.
