IDB strategy with Bolivia 2022-2025

It contributes to the priority areas of increasing productivity and diversification of the economy, closing social gaps and with its strategic objectives. Specifically, the result of increased agricultural productivity is linked to the priority area of increased productivity. The results of reducing the extreme poverty rate, improving the level of food security and increasing the family agricultural income of small producers are linked to the priority area of closing social gaps. Additionally, the strategic objectives of (i) reducing vulnerability to climate change and natural disasters, and (ii) promoting innovation, are directly linked to the result of the implementation of agri-food technologies that contribute to improving their production and productivity, and to the time reduces the vulnerability of production to climate change.
