E3R Approach - Recovery, Resilience and Resilience

The 3R Approach - Recovery, Reactivation and Resilience of IFADs Latin America and Caribbean Division (International Fund for Agricultural Development) designs projects that will focus on getting farmers and rural households back to business as quickly as possible, while ensuring that inclusion and resilience are incorporated into the innovative vision of sustainable rural transformation. These projects will pool more resources in coordination with regional financial institutions, with which new partnership agreements are being forged.
