NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Second national communication of the Dominican Republic

This National Communication is the second effort to incorporate the issue of climate change on the agenda of the day at the local, regional and national levels, and large mitigation investments have been made with the implementation of projects of renewable energy and emission reduction programs, furthermore, great advances have been made in the development of national capacity, especially in the training of human resources, and the integration of the topic in formal education programs at all levels.
