Peru: Decree No. 001-2025 restructuring of the AGROPERÚ Fund, in line with the regulations in force to create it

This Supreme Decree No. 001-2025 approves the restructuring of the AGROPERÚ Fund to bring it in line with its creation regulations, with the purpose of facilitating the access of organized small agricultural producers to guarantees to cover credit risks, direct financing, agricultural extension services and agricultural insurance managed by FOGASA. The beneficiaries of this fund are small producers organized under any legally recognized form, including peasant communities, native communities, indigenous peoples and Afro-Peruvian people.
