Anti-Bribery Management System - ESMS (Ministerial Resolution No. 0096-2021-MIDAGRI-SG)

The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) approved the roles and responsibilities of the Anti-Bribery Management System in the Ministry. Likewise, MIDAGRI has instituted a mechanism for dealing with complaints, which begins at the table of parties (face-to-face or virtual), then the Office of Integrity intervenes (validating information and referring complaints), and the technical secretariat (investigating complaints and submitting investigation reports).
