Description
The Decree is based on the National Family Farming Plan in Panama (Law 127 of March 3, 2020), which establishes measures for the development of Family Farming in Panama. The Decree regulates and defines the differentiated policies and strategies that institutions directly and indirectly involved with the family farming sector at the national level must adopt.
