National Strategy for the Beehive Plan (Law No. 297)

For a complete vision of this strategy, it is necessary to attend to Executive Decree No. 244 of December 16, 2021, which instituted the Management System of the Strategy of the Beehive Plan with the aim of creating a computer tool that would channel throughout the length and breadth of the Republic of Panama, all the information necessary to carry out this strategy, through the development of programs, actions and projects to eradicate inequality and multidimensional poverty, as well as social vulnerability, within the national territory. It is the multisectoral strategy of the National Government to attack poverty and inequality. This project consists of the opening of mini libraries nationwide. With it, the distribution of 36 thousand books by national authors in 300 spaces in all provinces is contemplated.
