Export Restriction: Live Cattle and Small Cattle

Description
Temporary ban on the export of live cattle and small cattle was introduced in order to increase the number of livestock, considering there were both the loss of livestock in 2021 caused by the abnormal drought and increased prices for meat in the domestic market.
