Decree 309 of March 13, 2022 of the Special Transitory Law to Combat Commodity Inflation

The purpose of this law is to ensure the supply of basic necessities of the basic food basket, in order to be able to acquire them at adequate prices, so that there is no harm to consumers, as well as the importation of agricultural inputs and raw materials to guarantee agricultural production and food security. The measures include a reduction in tariffs and expedited import procedures.
