Description

Israel signed with the United Arab Emirates its first major trade agreement with an Arab state. The agreement is comprehensive and significant, and includes issues related to trade in goods: such as regulation and standards, customs, trade in services, cooperation, government procurement and e-commerce. The UAE predicts that this Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement will boost bilateral trade to more than $10 billion a year within five years.
