Law establishing Colombia's National Agricultural Innovation System (SNIA), an integrated framework of policies, strategies, programmes, projects, actors and instruments aimed at promoting agricultural research, technological development, innovation, training and extension. The system is structured around the Agricultural Research and Technological Development, Agricultural Extension, and Agricultural Innovation Training and Capacity-Building subsystems and includes planning, participation, financing, monitoring and evaluation instruments, including the Strategic Plan for Agricultural Science, Technology and Innovation (PECTIA).
