REP Law: Framework Law for Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility and Promotion of Recycling (Law No. 20920)

The Law seeks to reduce the generation of waste and promote its reuse, recycling and other types of recovery. To this end, it establishes Extended Producer Responsibility ("EPR"), making the producer responsible for the waste generated from its products, from its generation to its recovery or disposal.
