Description
The purpose of this Emergency Decree is to issue special and urgent economic and financial measures to facilitate and guarantee the acquisition and delivery of the nitrogen fertilizer Urea for agricultural producers at national level, in order to counteract the negative impact of its shortage and high prices in the 2022-2023 Agricultural Campaign, aimed at continuing the recovery of the national economy.
