Export restriction on 8 commodities

Trade and Industry Minister Nevin Jameh issued two separate decisions to halt the export of eight commodities for a period of three months in an effort to shore up supplies amid the turmoil in the world food market caused by the war in Ukraine. The eight commodities are: wheat, flour, oils, maize, lentils, pasta, beans, gravel and mash.
