The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has introduced a ban on the export of certain types of agricultural products. The decision was taken in order to ensure the country's food security and stabilise food prices. The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers introduced a temporary prohibition on the export (with the exception of re-export, transit and humanitarian assistance provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic) of certain types of agricultural products outside customs.
