Bolivia: Strengthening Quinoa Production and Consumption

The inter-institutional agreement between the International Quinoa Centre (CIQ) and the Regulatory Council for the Designation of Origin of Organic Royal Quinoa from the Southern Altiplano of Bolivia. The purpose of the agreement signed is to implement joint actions to support the production and organic certification process system with Designation of Origin (DO) for organic quinoa from the Southern Altiplano of Bolivia, implementing a Geographic Information System "SIG-Quinoa", which will centralize all information on the organic quinoa production and certification process. that allows centralizing all the graphic and alphanumeric information on the production of quinoa with Designation of Origin (D.O.).
