To support groups affected by the COVID19 pandemic, this initiative has six axes: the reincorporation of the formal paid market; public investment; support for sectors lagging behind in the recovery; the promotion of MSMEs; income and cost-of-living protection; and the institutionalization of mechanisms of economic and social projection.
