Ukraine bans fertiliser exports

Description

Ukraine introduced a zero share for the export of mineral fertilisers which is a de facto ban on the export of fertilisers. This prohibition would help to "maintain balance on the domestic market" and applies to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and complex fertilisers.
