Colombia - Law 2046 de 2020 establishing mechanisms to promote the participation of small local agricultural producers and peasant, family and community agriculture in public food procurement markets.

The purpose of this law is to establish food supply conditions and instruments so that all public food supply and distribution programmes promote the participation of small local agricultural producers and local agricultural and livestock producers whose production systems belong to Peasant, Family and Community Agriculture, or their legally constituted organisations.
